Advent Calender

I searched the web and all I could find was a knitted advent calender. I sat down the other day and crocheted one. As you can see it is in the shape of a Christmas tree. I even made up the star on top. The garland is a colorful eyelash yarn that I weaved into the the side and crossed back and forth. I am trying to write the pattern down as to be able to share it with you but am having trouble with the process. I will post it as soon as I have it written. It really did not take that long at all. I left my stitch markers on the tree to show where the pockets are for the goodies. I plan on using Miniature Hershey bars as Nathaniel loves his chocolate. Don't we all though.
The picture did come out kind of dark and I will try to get a better one later and hopefully it won't be as dark.
